Browsing the catalog

The Lions Clubs Supplies Store catalog is divided into categories that are displayed in header navigation area, left navigation bar, and body of the Home page. These categories may contain a number of product sub-categories or actual products.

Using the search functionality

Basic Search: the basic search is located in the left navigation bar. Enter the item number or text description to perform a quick search of the catalog.

Advanced Search: the advanced search link is located in the left navigation bar. Selecting the link takes you to the Advanced Search page where you may perform a more targeted search.

Using the shopping cart

To add an item to the shopping cart, browse to an item's details page. The Shopping Cart can be accessed at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart link in the Header Navigation area. You may edit, remove, empty, or adjust the quantity on items in your shopping cart.


To check out, select the "Check Out" button in the shopping cart. You will then be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. You will have the opportunity to review your entire order before it is submitted.

An 800 toll-free number is available to place club supply orders only (without engraving or personalization): 800-710-7822. This number is available to Lions in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Canada. It cannot be transferred to other departments.

Ordering tips
  • To assure delivery for awards presentations in May or June, please submit your orders in March. It will greatly facilitate the handling of your orders if you always provide the catalog numbers, description and sizes of the items along with the quantities desired.
  • Help us keep your cost and our cost down by combining orders for items of less than US$15.00.
  • In stock orders ship within a week plus travel time. In May and June however, when supply orders increase dramatically, please allow an additional two weeks for processing of your order. Adding to an existing order is difficult, especially if a number of days have elapsed since the original was placed. During the "rush" season, it cannot be done. It would always be more expedient to make the add-on a second order.
Special orders

If your club is planning a special event and you do not find the exact item listed on the website, write to your Club Supplies Division for assistance. Please specify item desired, quantity needed and the approximate price range. Everything possible will be done to procure the item for you or put you in direct contact with a source of supply.

Highway Signs- Before you order your signs, we suggest your publicity committee conduct a thorough survey of the number of new signs needed and old signs that need to be replaced. Then, a definite plan should be worked out to keep these signs clean and in a good state of repair. Remember, signs that are well cared for continue to work for you; neglected signs are poor publicity.


Various styles are offered in 10K gold or sterling sliver for men and women with your choice of background stone: black onyx, synthetic ruby and blue spinelle. You may add your office title: President, Past President, Secretary, Past Secretary, District Governor, and Past District Governor.
To enhance the ring add diamond settings: 10 2-point diamonds, 8 2-pt. diamonds or 4 2-pt. diamonds, 2 2-pt. diamonds or 1 17-pt. diamond. We do, however, suggest that you check with your jeweler as to your exact ring size and contact Club Supplies for pricing.


At times the product you receive may differ from the product shown. Because of unforeseen change in various marketplaces, Lions Clubs International reserves the right to make product substitution when necessary. While it is our goal to never have to do so, there are instances when we have no choice. You can be assured that should you receive a substitute item, it is of value and quality equal to or better than the item being substituted.

  • Our website utilizes a Verisign SSL certificate which encrypts your personal information.
  • Plaques- Please allow 4-6 weeks. If you personalize caps with your club name, please allow 8 weeks for delivery.
  • Highway Signs- Please allow 10-12 weeks shipping.
  • Whenever possible in the U.S., orders ship UPS. Courier service is used for more economical overseas shipments.
  • Additional charges will be incurred if shipped outside the continental US or if special shipping instructions are requested.
  • In any country where funds are restricted, payment is required in advance, in US, dollars, prior to processing and shipping the club supply request.
  • When you place an order with Lions Clubs International the shipping charges and delivery dates for your order will be based upon the size, destination and availability of your purchase, whether it is in-stock or a special order.
  • Personalization charges are included in the total price.
  • Shipping prices are based on the merchandise value of your order. Add an additional $25.00 if expedited shipping is requested.
  • We will ship orders to locations outside of the continental U.S. provided there is a current address. However, there may be duties and taxes requested locally before delivery.
  • Shipping is not available to a Post Office Box and is not available in all countries.

Taxes and postage will be added to the order at the time of billing which follows shipment. Customers outside the US, are responsible for custom/duty and shipping charges.

What info we collect, how its used

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date or account information if order is placed by an officer. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

However, credit card information will need to be entered again on subsequent orders since it it not stored for use in the online store.

How LCI keeps info safe

How does Lions Club International protect customer information? When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Will info ever be distributed or sold
